About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include
- Identify potential clients through online research and professional networking platforms.
- Reach out to prospective clients through phone calls, emails, and LinkedIn to introduce SmartGrow Infotech's services and schedule meetings.
- Communicate professionally with clients to understand their business requirements and build strong relationships.
- Maintain and update lead details, client interactions, and conduct meeting, maintain records using Microsoft Excel.
- Manage business emails, follow up with prospective clients, and support the business development team in client acquisition activities.

Other requirements
- Candidates pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, commerce, management, or a related field are preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with confidence in interacting with clients.
