Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include

1. Reach out to potential clients, property owners, builders, vendors, and business prospects through cold calling and other lead-generation activities.

1. Generate qualified leads and schedule meetings for the architecture and design team.

1. Follow up with prospects regularly to maintain engagement and maximize appointment conversions.

1. Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and meeting schedules.

1. Coordinate with the internal team to ensure smooth handover of qualified prospects.

1. Support business development initiatives through market research and prospect identification.

1. Help expand the company's client network through consistent outreach efforts.

Note: The primary responsibility of this role is to generate leads and book appointments. The architecture team will conduct client meetings, presentations, and project closures.
