Key responsibilities

1. Promotion strategy: Decide on promotion strategies and execute them to achieve better conversion rates.

1. Social media management: Improve and manage the social media presence of existing and new services across Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.

1. Content creation: Shoot videos and photos, edit content, and create impressive ads and reels while following standard design guidelines and color themes.

1. New service business intelligence: Understand new services, conduct market intelligence, study market offers and pricing trends, perform competition analysis, and provide valuable inputs to develop business strategy.

Salary

Probation:

Duration: 6 months

Salary during probation: ₹10,000 - 11,000 /month (only for freshers) After probation:

Annual CTC: ₹ 2,00,000 - 2,30,000 /year Annual CTC breakup:

1. Fixed pay: ₹ 1,00,000 - 1,20,000 /year
2. Variable pay: ₹ 1,00,000 - 1,10,000 /year
