Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include
Industrial account mapping: Map out assigned industrial clusters to identify and create a database of active manufacturing plants (food, beverage, pharma, and chemical) that operate quality control (QC) laboratories.
Key decision-maker identification: Engage professionally with corporate gatekeepers and plant security to identify the exact names, designations, and contact details of procurement heads, plant managers, and QC lab in-charges.
Corporate vendor onboarding: Initiate our formal vendor registration process by physically visiting plants and presenting our company's technical product dossier, credentials, and client portfolio.
Requirement scouting: Interact with lab personnel to understand their current laboratory equipment health, upcoming calibration cycles, or replacement/expansion requirements.
Meeting coordination: Secure and coordinate face-to-face or virtual introductory meetings between interested Plant/QC Heads and our management team.
Daily reporting: Maintain accurate, daily records of plants visited, registration statuses, and key contact details, providing daily progress updates to the reporting manager.
