About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include
- Engage with prospective clients (leads) through calls, messages, and emails to drive enrolments.
- Build strong rapport with potential clients to understand their requirements and recommend suitable learning solutions.
- Consistently follow up with leads to move them through the enrolment funnel and close conversions.
- Work closely with the marketing team to provide feedback on lead quality and improve conversion effectiveness.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all lead interactions and outcomes in the CRM system.
- Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets related to outreach, follow-ups, and conversions.
- Stay updated on SkillOrbit's offerings, new launches, and trends in the EdTech industry to communicate value effectively.
