About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include

1. Analyze business data, market trends, and operational performance to generate actionable insights.

1. Track and monitor key business metrics such as retailer growth, supplier performance, sales, retention, and category performance.

1. Conduct market research, competitor benchmarking, and industry analysis.

Identify gaps in business processes and recommend improvements to increase efficiency and profitability.

Work closely with sourcing, category, operations, and product teams to optimize performance.

Prepare business presentations, reports, and strategic recommendations for management.

Support expansion initiatives by analyzing new markets, categories, and supplier opportunities.

Create SOPs, business documentation, and process workflows.

Assist leadership in strategic planning, forecasting, and growth initiatives.

Build and maintain reports, dashboards, and MIS for leadership review.

Skill(s) required

Data Analytics English Proficiency (Written) MS-Office Python Research and Analytics SQL
