Key Responsibilities

1. Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and business teams to gather requirements, analyze system workflows, document technical specifications, and ensure smooth feature implementation across international markets.

1. Develop scripts, dashboards, and automation tools using Python, SQL, APIs, and AI technologies to improve operational efficiency, support business analysis, and streamline product testing processes.

1. Create business briefs, presentations, and partner-facing documentation while translating complex technical concepts into actionable insights and scalable solutions for stakeholders.

Other requirements

1. Strong interest in fintech, digital payments, APIs, automation, AI tools, and international market ecosystems, with a demonstrated builder mindset through personal projects or side initiatives.

1. Proficiency in Python, SQL, scripting, data analysis, and system thinking, with the ability to quickly learn new technologies and work effectively in ambiguous environments.

1. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, capable of bridging technical and business teams; exposure to AI agents, internal tooling, dashboards, or startup environments will be preferred.
