Digital Transformation & Strategy
Lead and drive digital transformation initiatives across Finance processes (P2P, O2C, R2R, FP&A, Treasury).
Identify automation and optimization opportunities using RPA, AI/ML, ERP transformation, and analytics tools.
Define and influence digital strategy, transformation roadmap, and business case development.
Act as a strategic advisor to clients/business leadership.
Business Analysis & Solutioning
Lead end-to-end business analysis lifecycle – requirement gathering, documentation (BRD/FRD), and validation.
Perform process mapping (AS-IS / TO-BE), gap analysis, and impact assessments.
Translate business requirements into functional designs and solution frameworks.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure solution alignment with business goals.
