Go beyond processing purchase orders at lower costs to help clients reap savings and value from the billions they spend on the goods and services that run their day-to-day business operations. Sourcing & Procurement involves identifying, acquiring, and managing the goods and services an organization needs. This role includes researching suppliers, negotiating contracts, and purchasing materials. It also involves ensuring quality, cost-effectiveness, and timely delivery. The goal is to support the organizations operations by obtaining the best value and maintaining strong supplier relationships. Understand when & how to use a request for proposal (price and non-price factors) and RFQ (price only) and how to develop, execute and analyze the results. Collect and analyze quantitative and qualitative information to assess, screen and select suppliers. What are we looking for? We are seeking a resource to support end-to-end sourcing and procurement activities, including spend analysis, market research, supplier identification, RFx execution, commercial evaluations, contract management, and stakeholder engagement. The role will be responsible for driving sourcing projects, supporting negotiations, ensuring compliance with procurement processes, and delivering value through cost optimisation, risk mitigation, and supplier performance management. The resource will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage project timelines, prepare sourcing documentation, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the procurement function.
- Strategic sourcing and category management methodologies.
- End-to-end RFx processes (RFI, RFP, RFQ) and e-sourcing tools.
- Supplier negotiation, contract management, and commercial analysis.
- Spend analysis, market intelligence, and opportunity identification.
