The Capseed Investments Pty Ltd Mumbai, India (On-Site) Full-Time Contract Role Australian Business Hours 9:30 AM Start (AEST/AEDT Aligned) Remuneration: Negotiable Based on Experience + Performance Incentives About CapseedCapseed Investments is an Australian private credit and structured finance business specialising in business lending, property-backed finance, bridging loans, development funding, second mortgages, and complex lending solutions across Australia.We work closely with brokers, borrowers, investors, and lenders to structure funding solutions where traditional banks often cannot.We are looking for an ambitious, commercially minded professional who can generate business opportunities, build broker relationships, drive digital marketing initiatives, and assist in structuring private lending transactions. The RoleThis is a hybrid business development, marketing, and deal origination role.You will be responsible for generating new lending opportunities, building relationships with finance brokers, sourcing funding enquiries, and supporting the structuring of private lending transactions.The ideal candidate is someone who is comfortable speaking with brokers, understands commercial finance, and can proactively create opportunities through both direct outreach and digital marketing campaigns.Key Responsibilities Business Development & Broker Relationships
- Build and maintain relationships with mortgage and commercial finance brokers across Australia.
- Conduct outbound calls to brokers and referral partners.
- Generate new lending opportunities and funding enquiries.
- Follow up existing broker relationships and dormant contacts.
- Attend virtual meetings with brokers and borrowers.Lending & Deal Structuring
- Assess lending scenarios and identify funding solutions.
- Understand private lending structures, second mortgages, bridging finance, development finance, and commercial lending.
- Prepare preliminary funding assessments.
- Work alongside management to structure transactions and identify suitable lenders.
- Assist with credit submissions and deal packaging.Marketing & Lead Generation
- Create and manage digital marketing campaigns.
- Manage LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and Google lead generation initiatives.
- Develop broker-focused and borrower-focused marketing content.
- Monitor campaign performance and generate qualified leads.
- Support CRM management and pipeline reporting.CRM & Administration
- Maintain accurate CRM records.
- Track broker interactions and opportunities.
- Prepare weekly business development reports.
- Assist with lead nurturing and follow-up processes.
