About the job
Key responsibilities
- Develop brand positioning, messaging frameworks and go-to-market strategies for founder-led client brands. Own content strategy across social media platforms, staying ahead of trends and translating strategic thinking into platform-appropriate creative direction.
- Create and manage brand assets, social creatives and campaign materials using Canva and Adobe Photoshop. Handle end-to-end social media management including content scheduling, publishing, community engagement and UGC shoot direction
- Plan and manage Meta ad campaigns including audience targeting, creative direction and performance optimisation. Identify collaboration and partnership opportunities relevant to each client's growth stage.
- Serve as a trusted point of contact for assigned clients presenting strategies, managing feedback loops and building long-term relationships grounded in a genuine understanding of their business.
