1. Explain the barter collaboration model

1. Onboard brands interested in influencer partnerships

1. Maintain outreach records and follow-ups

1. Coordinate with the influencer team for campaign matching

1. Build long-term relationships with startups, D2C brands, cafes, fashion labels, apps, and local businesses
