Key Responsibilities
- Sales Leadership: Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve branch targets and revenue goals.
- Team Management: Recruit, train, and mentor sales executives to maximize performance.
- Vendor Onboarding: Oversee onboarding of service providers and product sellers, ensuring compliance with company standards.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Market Expansion: Identify new business opportunities and develop initiatives to expand market presence.
- Operational Oversight: Ensure smooth day-to-day branch operations, including reporting, compliance, and resource allocation.
