Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include

1. Instagram - content calendar, captions, creatives, reels, stories

1. Meta Ads Manager - run and optimise Lead Gen campaigns, track CPL and conversions weekly

1. Create creatives for society notices, WhatsApp broadcasts, and digital ads - within Karuna's brand guidelines

1. Copy across consumer touchpoints: ads, service descriptions, WhatsApp messages, flyers

1. On-ground activation support in our pilot societies - RWA notice boards, resident outreach and flyers for offline marketing campaigns

1. Build brand awareness across channels - owning the content end to end
