Have worked on branding, logo design, social media posts, or campaign creatives before.
Understand modern D2C brands, youth culture, Instagram aesthetics, and consumer product design.
Have a good eye for detail and can maintain visual consistency.
Can think creatively beyond just execution and contribute ideas for campaigns.
Are comfortable designing for both digital and print formats.
Have an interest in food, beverages, lifestyle brands, fashion, pop culture, or consumer startups.
Are proactive, fast-moving, and excited to build something from an early stage.
Can work independently without needing constant step-by-step instructions.
Have basic understanding of packaging design, product mockups, or print files. This is a bonus, not mandatory.
Are excited by the idea of helping build the visual identity of a new-age beverage brand from scratch.

Stipend Structure
Fixed pay: ₹ 7,000 - 12,000 /month
Incentive pay: ₹ 500 - 1,500 /month
Job offer: On successful conversion to a permanent employee, the candidate can expect a salary of ₹ 300000 to 700000/year
