The BPM Process Analyst will be responsible for end-to-end process mapping, documentation, and standardisation using the ARIS platform, supporting BPM and Process Mining initiatives across Customer and products / downstream domain.
The role acts as a critical bridge between business partners and the BPM Hub (COE), ensuring high-quality process design aligned to enterprise standards while enabling process transparency, optimisation, and governance.
Key Responsibilities:
Working closely with Global Process Owners, lead end-to-end BPM/process mining engagements (scoping, discovery, modelling, insights, value realisation)
Engage with GPOs to define priorities and scope, handle a portfolio of initiatives, and drive value realisation through actionable insights and improvement initiatives. Contribute to pipeline development and prioritisation of initiatives
Oversee development of high-quality process models (L3–L5) aligned to enterprise standards
Identify process inefficiencies and improvement opportunities through analysis and modelling
Translate complex business requirements into structured models, use cases, and insights
In support of GPOs, lead workshops and governance forums, driving alignment on process transformation initiatives
Act as SME for ARIS and other process tools, ensuring modelling quality, governance, and standardisation
Influence collaborators to adopt BPM guidelines and realise business value

Support development and continuous evolution of BPM and process mining methodologies.
Custodian of the C&P Enterprise Activity Model.
Drive consistency in ways of working, governance, and protocols across the BPM Hub
Collaborate across BPM, GPOs, Process Mining, Data, and Digital teams.
Enable integration of process models with analytics, mining, and transformation initiatives.
Essential Education :
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business, Commerce, Finance, Engineering, or related field.
Certifications in BPM / Lean Six Sigma (preferred).
Core Skills
Extensive experience in ARIS process modelling and BPM frameworks
Strong knowledge of process mining concepts and tools
Proven track record of delivering process improvement / transformation initiatives
Delivery & Leadership Capability
Experience managing complex, multi-functional projects and collaborator landscapes
Ability to translate business needs into process models, data-driven insights, and outcomes
Experience working with Agile or rapid delivery methodologies

Ability to define and scale standard BPM methodologies and frameworks.
