Key Responsibilities

1. Visit hospitals, clinics, and healthcare facilities to understand customer requirements and provide product demonstrations as needed.

1. Install, inspect, and support medical equipment and accessories at customer locations.

1. Perform preventive maintenance to ensure equipment efficiency and compliance with quality standards.

1. Attend and resolve service calls promptly, diagnose technical issues, and provide effective solutions.

1. Ensure proper documentation of service activities and maintenance records.

1. Coordinate with internal teams for escalation and technical support when required.

Other requirements

1. B.Sc. in biochemistry, medical technology, microbiology, IT, or bioinformatics.

1. B.E. in electronics & communication engineering (ECE) candidates are preferred.

1. Candidates from relevant life sciences or technical backgrounds are eligible.

Salary

Probation:

Duration: 3 months

Salary during probation: ₹10,000 - 12,000 /month (only for freshers) After probation:

Annual CTC: ₹ 2,00,000 - 2,70,000 /year Annual CTC breakup:

1. Fixed pay: ₹ 1,50,000 - 2,00,000 /year
2. Variable pay: ₹ 50,000 - 70,000 /year
