About the job

Key Responsibilities

1. Develop and manage Architectural and Structural BIM models using Autodesk Revit up to LOD 350.

1. Create and maintain Revit parametric families in accordance with project and client standards.

1. Produce coordinated shop drawings, installation drawings, and construction documentation packages.

1. Implement and maintain BIM standards, workflows, and modeling best practices.

1. Conduct model reviews and QA/QC checks to ensure accuracy and coordination.

1. Coordinate Architectural and Structural models with internal teams and external stakeholders.

1. Review drawings, specifications, and project documentation to identify and resolve discrepancies.

1. Raise and track RFIs to obtain timely project clarifications.

1. Prepare and manage 2D CAD drawings and sheet sets using AutoCAD.

1. Develop detailed architectural and structural documentation with proper annotation and coordination.

Adobe Creative Suite Architectural Drafting AutoCAD Autodesk Revit Design Thinking Lumion

Other requirements

1. Bachelor’s degree in architecture (B.Arch or equivalent).

1. 0–2 years of BIM production experience with strong proficiency in Autodesk Revit (architecture & structure).

1. Experience developing BIM models up to LOD 350.

1. Experience working on Point Cloud-based BIM projects is an advantage.
