Key Responsibilities
- Monitor GeM, CPPP, state e-procurement portals, PSU portals, and tender aggregators (BidAssist, Tendersniper) daily for relevant IT tenders.
- Search and filter tenders aligned to company services software development, AI/ML, ERP, cloud, cybersecurity, IT staffing.
- Read and interpret tender documents thoroughly extract eligibility criteria, turnover thresholds, EMD/PBG requirements, deadlines, and set-aside categories (MSME, Startup India, Make in India).
- Perform preliminary Bid/No-Bid eligibility checks against company profile before escalating to management.
- Maintain a structured daily tender tracker (Excel/Sheets) Tender ID, portal, deadline, EMD, status, remarks.
- Compile and prepare bid documents technical bid, financial bid, certificates, affidavits, compliance statements.
- Coordinate internally for supporting documents financials, work orders, employee CVs, certifications.
- Handle end-to-end bid submission on GeM and CPPP portals document upload, EMD coordination, digital signing, deadline adherence.
- Attend/track pre-bid meetings, file pre-bid queries, and record corrigenda issued.
- Track bid opening results, follow up for L1/award status, and log outcomes.
- Keep all statutory compliance documents current MSME, GST, PAN, incorporation certificate, financial statements.
- Prepare monthly reports: pipeline summary, win/loss analysis, upcoming deadlines.
- Handle portal registrations and empanelments get the company registered on new procurement portals, vendor databases, PSU vendor panels, and government empanelment schemes as and when required.
- Available for additional research tasks as assigned market research, competitor analysis, company profiling, portal/scheme research, or any other business intelligence work.
- Work directly with and report to the hiring manager role involves flexible task ownership beyond core tender work; candidate must be adaptable and comfortable taking up varied tasks on short notice.
Must-Have Skills
- Hands-on experience or strong working knowledge of the GeM portal searching tenders, understanding bid categories, golden/mandatory parameters, RA events, and bid submission process.
- Strong research ability ability to independently find and evaluate tenders without being hand-held.
- Ability to read and interpret complex government tender documents (RFP, NIT, EOI, RFQ).
