Key Responsibilities

1. Build and manage long-term relationships with clients to understand their IT needs

1. Actively market our bench consultants to suitable roles across clients

1. Independently source the job and place IT consultants

1. Stay on top of market trends to enhance placement strategies

1. Track performance metrics to drive continuous improvement

1. Commit full-time to drive consistency and client satisfaction

Other requirements

1. Any graduate or final year candidate (Apart from HR specialization)

1. Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)

1. Graduate in BA, BSc, BBA, and BCom

1. Comfortable working on night shift (US timings)

1. Must have a laptop and a stable internet connection

Salary

Probation:

Duration: 3 months

Salary during probation: ₹15,000 /month (only for freshers) After probation:

Annual CTC: ₹ 2,00,000 - 5,00,000 /year
