We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented business development intern to support client acquisition and business growth in the recruitment and staffing industry. This role involves identifying potential hiring partners, building relationships with companies, understanding talent requirements, and supporting the end-to-end business development process.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include
Research and identify prospective clients across industries with hiring needs
Generate leads through LinkedIn, email outreach, networking, and market research
Initiate conversations with HR teams, hiring managers, and decision-makers
Support client meetings, requirement gathering, and follow-ups
Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and staffing solutions
Maintain lead pipelines and update CRM records regularly
Coordinate internally with recruitment teams to understand candidate availability and client requirements
Track market trends, competitor activities, and hiring patterns
Support account management activities to strengthen client relationships
Contribute to achieving business development and revenue targets

A. Requirements:
Pursuing or recently completed a degree in business, marketing, HR, management, or related field
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Interest in recruitment, staffing, sales, or consulting
Comfortable with outbound outreach and professional networking
Good research and presentation skills
Proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace
B. Preferred skills:
Familiarity with LinkedIn, CRM tools, or lead generation platforms
Understanding of recruitment lifecycle and hiring processes
Confidence in client communication and presentations
C. Ideal candidate:
