Preferred Skills & Candidate Profile
Experience with Node.js, Express.js, MySQL, and Sequelize ORM
Strong understanding of REST API development and integrations
Knowledge of SQL query optimization and database design
Basic understanding of authentication & authorization (JWT, RBAC, etc.)
Experience with Git/GitHub and collaborative development workflows
Familiarity with Redis caching and performance optimization
Understanding of AWS, Docker, or Linux server environments is a plus
Experience working on ERP, POS, Inventory Management, Billing, CRM, or Business Applications is highly preferred
Ability to understand business requirements and independently deliver features
Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
Comfortable working in a startup environment with ownership and accountability
Good communication skills and willingness to learn
Candidates with personal projects, internships, or live production experience will be preferred
Immediate joiners or candidates with short notice periods will be given preference
