Key Responsibilities
Domain-Specific Lead Handling
- Manage inquiries for:
- Data Science / AI / GenAI programs
- Cybersecurity / Ethical Hacking
- Investment Banking / Financial Modeling
- CFA / FRM pathways
- Qualify leads based on career intent, readiness, and financial commitment.
Consultative Academic Counseling
- Conduct detailed counseling sessions (calls/video/in-person)
- Guide candidates on:
- Career paths (Data Scientist, Cybersecurity Analyst, Investment Banker, etc.)
- Program outcomes and ROI
- Learning curve, timelines, and effort required
- Handle objections from informed and comparison-driven candidates.
Conversion Ownership
- Own the full journey: lead counseling follow-up closure
- Maintain strong follow-up discipline with serious prospects.
- Achieve monthly revenue and enrollment targets
