The role involves identifying and qualifying potential institutional, corporate, and channel partners, and supporting senior sales team members in generating new business opportunities. The B2B Sales Fresher will assist in making outbound calls, scheduling meetings, preparing presentations, and following up on leads and inquiries. The role includes maintaining accurate records in CRM tools, supporting proposal and quotation preparation, and coordinating with internal teams such as marketing, operations, and customer service. The selected candidate will participate in client visits, product demos, trade shows, and other sales activities as needed, while continuously learning about the companys product portfolio and the education, infrastructure, and community development sectors.Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build professional relationships and present ideas clearly to business customers.
- Basic understanding of sales concepts such as lead generation, prospecting, pipeline management, and customer follow-up.
- Comfort with field visits, client meetings, and on-site demonstrations across Mumbai and nearby regions.
- Good organizational and time-management abilities to handle multiple leads, tasks, and follow-ups efficiently.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and willingness to learn CRM or sales tracking tools.
- Graduate degree in any discipline; specialization in Business, Marketing, or Commerce is an advantage.
- High level of motivation, resilience, and eagerness to build a career in B2B sales with a learning mindset.
- Fluency in English and Hindi; knowledge of additional regional languages will be an added benefit.
