The role involves identifying and qualifying prospective institutional and corporate customers, including schools, developers, and public sector organizations. The B2B Sales professional will support lead generation, conduct introductory calls, schedule meetings, prepare basic sales presentations, and assist in product demonstrations. Responsibilities include maintaining customer databases, following up on inquiries, preparing quotations under guidance, and supporting the sales team in closing deals. The role also involves coordinating with internal teams for order processing, timely delivery, and after-sales support, while maintaining accurate sales reports and documentation.Qualifications
- Foundational understanding of B2B sales processes, including lead generation, prospecting, and basic negotiation, with a strong interest in building a career in sales.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present products clearly, listen actively, and build professional relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Basic business and analytical skills, including comfort with numbers, preparing simple reports, and using MS Office or similar tools for documentation and presentations.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented mindset with the ability to learn quickly, handle field visits or client meetings, and work collaboratively within a team.
- Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field (fresh graduates welcome); prior internship or exposure to sales or customer-facing roles is an advantage.
- Comfort working on-site in Gurugram and willingness to travel locally or regionally for client visits as required.
