Bakaw is a custom merchandise design studio helping gyms, caf s, fitness studios, co-working spaces, and communities tell their brand story through thoughtfully designed merchandise. From apparel to accessories, we work with businesses to create pieces their people actually want to wear.
We're looking for a driven B2B Sales Executive to own our outreach pipeline, from cold DMs and WhatsApp prospecting to closing deals with local and national brands. You'll be the first point of contact for potential clients and the person who turns a conversation into a long-term partnership.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and reach out to potential clients for gyms, caf s, studios, corporate teams, sports clubs, and community brands
Run outreach across Instagram DMs, WhatsApp, email, and in-person visits
Present merchandise solutions and customization options tailored to each client's brand
Follow up, nurture leads, and close orders
Maintain a clean outreach tracker and report weekly on pipeline status
Collaborate with the design team to put together proposals and rate cards for clients
Build and manage relationships for repeat orders and referrals
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities for growth
