We are seeking a Production Support Engineer (L1/L2) with 4–5 years of experience to support cloud‑based applications. The role focuses on incident triage, monitoring, CI/CD support, and operational stability across Azure and AWS environments.
Key Responsibilities
Provide L1/L2 production support for cloud‑hosted applications, ensuring system availability and meeting SLA targets. Monitor applications and infrastructure, respond to alerts, perform initial analysis, and escalate issues to L3 teams as needed. Support Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines , including deployment monitoring and release validation. Perform routine cloud operations in Azure and AWS , such as log analysis, environment checks, and access verification. Participate in ITSM processes (Incident, Change, and Problem Management), including ticket updates, handovers, and RCA support Skill Requirements 2–4 years of experience in Production or Application Support (L1/L2). Hands‑on exposure to Azure and AWS cloud environments. Experience with Azure DevOps pipelines or CI/CD monitoring. Familiarity with monitoring and observability tools (e.g., Azure Monitor, CloudWatch, ELK, or similar). Understanding of ITIL/ITSM processes and support workflows. Basic scripting knowledge ( PowerShell, Bash, or Python ) is a plus. Strong communication skills and ability to work in a 24x7 support environment.
