Audition Reviewer – Speech & Language Quality

About the job

We are seeking language evaluators to assess speaker auditions and ensure participants meet project-specific linguistic, pronunciation, fluency, and naturalness requirements.

Key Responsibilities

1. Review recorded auditions and evaluate speaker suitability.

1. Assess pronunciation, fluency, accent consistency, and speech clarity.

1. Evaluate emotional expressiveness and conversational naturalness.

1. Document review outcomes and provide actionable feedback.

1. Escalate borderline cases for secondary review.

1. Maintain quality benchmarks across all approved speakers.

Success metrics:

1. Reviewer accuracy.

1. Speaker acceptance quality.

1. Reduction in downstream quality issues.

1. Review turnaround time.

Skill(s) required

Quality Assurance/Quality Control (QA/QC)

Other requirements

1. Native or near-native proficiency in Hindi, English, or regional language variants.

1. Strong understanding of accents, pronunciation, and spoken language patterns.

1. Prior experience in QA, transcription, voice projects, linguistics, or speech evaluation is preferred.

1. Excellent listening and analytical skills.
