About the job

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include

A. On-site (Atelier, Pune):

1. Shoot reels, short-form videos, and still photographs of finished pieces, in-progress work, and behind-the-scenes moments.

1. Capture embroidery, fabric details, drapes, and hand-finishing in a way that highlights craftsmanship.

1. Photograph and film real brides, fittings, and trial sessions (with consent).

1. Work with the team to execute planned content from the monthly calendar.

B. Remote (Post-production):

1. Edit reels and videos for Instagram, including clean cuts, color grading, transitions, and text overlays.

1. Retouch and finalize still images for feed and carousel posts.

1. Adapt raw footage into content formats for morning, afternoon, and evening posting slots.

1. Collaborate on caption direction and hashtag strategy with the brand team.
