About the job
Key Responsibilities
- Source technical candidates using LinkedIn, Naukri, InstaHire, ResDex, referrals, and internal databases.
- Submit 15+ high-quality technical profiles daily for open roles using advanced sourcing methods such as Boolean search and talent mapping.
- Conduct structured telephonic interviews to evaluate technical fundamentals, experience relevance, and role fit.
- Use AI tools to improve resume quality and prepare candidate summaries.
- Conduct 35-50 outbound calls daily for screening, follow-ups, and candidate engagement.
- Maintain strong candidate relationships to reduce drop-offs and improve response rates.
- Schedule interviews, ensure candidate attendance, and manage clear communication throughout the hiring process.
- Handle candidate negotiations and reduce offer dropouts through effective follow-ups.
- Re-engage candidates considering other offers and support closure conversions.
- Take ownership of assigned roles, hiring timelines, and stakeholder coordination.
- Maintain accurate updates in internal trackers and ensure discipline in sourcing and submission targets.
