The Role:Associate / Sr Associate - HR and Business ManagementRoles and Responsibilities: Human Resources Policy Development and Implementation
- Review, challenge and redesign all human resources and related policies/guidelines/documents both existing and absent ones
- Update policies based on each instance/event/question in a professional manner and communicate
- Maintain world-class standards while doing so
Employee Development and Employer Branding
- Implement management vision by driving and implementing a world-class (yet suitable to the firm and instance) first call to offer recruitment cycle
- Conduct HR meetings with employees on a regular basis and draw inferences for the long-term development of staff
- Maintain per employee trackers to measure their performance, career development plan and associated appraisals and training/ upgradation schedules
Recruitment
- Conduct high-energy, research-driven recruitment based on competition/market/industry knowledge and define/implement exceptional processes
- Ability to run targeted time-bound recruitment drives to fill specific positions and fresh graduate (batch-based recruitment)
- Ability to represent the organisation in talks at Universities and in outreach with educational institutes
