About the job
This job is based out of Delhi.
Key Responsibilities
- Write highly technical documents in English, including professional portfolios, resumes, CVs, social media profiles, biographies, and other client documents.
- Conduct detailed requirement analysis with diverse clients, including junior associates, executives (VPs/CXOs), and specialized professionals, to understand job roles and document requirements, provide consulting, and ensure timely delivery of assignments.
- Use MS Office extensively to produce high-quality, professional-looking documents.
- Demonstrate strong spoken and written English communication skills while interacting with internal and external stakeholders.
- Conduct secondary research to develop unique and innovative document formats and content strategies, and gather relevant industry jargon for various profiles.
- Review and ensure all client documents meet prescribed quality standards and compliance norms.
- Communicate with customers, handle escalations, and resolve issues promptly.
- Achieve process SLAs and generate MIS reports.
- Conduct research to stay updated on industry knowledge and trends.

Other requirements
- Any bachelor’s degree, preferably in English, Journalism, Public Relations, or a related field. An MBA in HR is a plus.
- Candidates with 1–2 years of experience, preferably in HR, content writing, or client management.
