Work Location: Onsite - HSR Layout, Bengaluru
Work Hours: 7:00 PM - 4:00 AM IST (Night Shift)
We are hiring a US IT Recruiter to join our team in HSR Layout, Bengaluru. The candidate must have strong technical recruiting skills, hands-on experience in sourcing for IT roles all over the US, and excellent communication abilities. We are looking for someone who can work 5-days onsite in our HSR Layout, Bengaluru branch (Night Shift).
Key Responsibilities
- Sourcing and screening candidates for IT roles across the US market.
- Handling W2 and C2C recruitment models end-to-end.
- Collaborating with delivery managers to understand job requirements.
- Submitting qualified profiles and coordinating interview processes.
- Building strong pipelines using Dice, Monster, LinkedIn, etc.
- Communicating effectively with candidates and internal teams.
