Key ResponsibilitiesTeaching & Learning

• Deliver undergraduate and postgraduate courses as per the curriculum.
• Prepare lesson plans, course materials, presentations, and assessments.
• Conduct lectures, tutorials, laboratory sessions, and practical classes as applicable.
• Evaluate student performance through assignments, examinations, projects, and presentations.
• Maintain accurate records of attendance, grades, and academic progress.
• Utilize innovative teaching methodologies and educational technologies.Research & Publications
• Conduct independent and collaborative research in the relevant discipline.
• Publish research papers in reputed national and international journals.
• Apply for research grants, funded projects, and consultancy assignments.
• Present research findings at conferences, seminars, and workshops.
• Guide student research projects and dissertations.Student Mentoring
• Mentor and counsel students regarding academic and career development.
• Supervise projects, internships, and research activities.
• Support student participation in competitions, conferences, and extracurricular activities.Academic Administration
• Participate in curriculum development and revision activities.
• Contribute to accreditation processes such as NAAC, NBA, NIRF, etc.
• Serve on departmental and university committees.
• Assist in organizing seminars, workshops, FDPs, conferences, and outreach programs.Industry & Institutional Engagement
• Develop collaborations with industry, research organizations, and academic institutions.
• Facilitate internships, industry projects, and guest lectures.
• Contribute to placement and employability initiatives.Qualifications
• Master's degree in the relevant discipline with a strong academic record.
• Ph.D. in the relevant field (preferred/mandatory as per UGC and regulatory norms).
• NET/SET qualification where applicable and as per regulatory requirements.
