Associate Product Manager – Fixed Income Location: Bangalore Experience: 2–5 years (Fixed Income / Wealth / Capital Markets) Role Overview We are looking for an Associate Product Manager – Fixed Income to support the growth and ongoing management of our fixed income offerings across Corporate Bonds, Fixed Deposits, 54EC Bonds, and Unlisted/Pre-IPO instruments. The role requires a strong understanding of fixed income products and market offerings, along with awareness of execution processes and operational workflows. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring fixed income products are available, well-managed, and executed smoothly, while working closely with internal teams and external partners. Key Responsibilities Fixed Income Product Support Support fixed income offerings across Corporate Bonds, NCDs, Fixed Deposits, 54EC Bonds, and Unlisted/Pre-IPO instrumentsTrack product availability, issuer pipelines, and market offeringsEnsure products are ready for distribution and ongoing business needs Business Growth & Market CoordinationSupport business teams in scaling fixed income productsCoordinate with issuers, distributors, and external partners for product onboarding and continuityAssist in expanding product coverage and improving turnaround times Execution & Process OwnershipOwn end-to-end execution of fixed income transactions, including onboarding, documentation, execution, and settlementManage operational workflows to ensure timely and accurate closuresIdentify and resolve execution-related issues on an ongoing basis Cross-Functional CollaborationWork closely with business, compliance, technology, and external partnersEnsure alignment across teams for smooth product executionSupport resolution of product or execution-related queries MIS & ReportingMaintain MIS on product volumes, execution status, and pending casesSupport internal product and business reviews Skills & CompetenciesStrong understanding of fixed income products and market offeringsFamiliarity with Corporate Bonds, NCDs, Fixed Deposits, and debt instrumentsAwareness of execution processes and operational workflowsBusiness-oriented mindset with strong attention to detailComfortable working with Excel, trackers, and issuer or partner platformsAbility to manage multiple workflows and meet timelines Preferred Background2–5 years of experience in Fixed Income, Wealth Platforms, Capital Markets, Bond Distribution, Product Support, or Investment OperationsMBA or Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Commerce, Economics, or related fieldsNISM certifications (Fixed Income / Mutual Funds) preferred Skills: deposits,fixed income,bonds
