Associate Product Manager - Supply Chain Finance

Skills / Qualification

Bachelor's or Master's degree in STEM-related fields

1+ years of product management experience in financial services, fintech, or growth-focused products Proven problem-solver with ownership mindset

• Lead end-to-end product lifecycle from conception to launch and optimization

• Collaborate with design teams to create intuitive, user-centric UI/UX and seamless onboarding experiences

• Define detailed product requirements, user stories, wireframes, and acceptance criteria

• Monitor and optimize user acquisition, activation, and conversion funnels using analytics tools (Tableau, Redash, Clarity)

• Analyze funnel metrics, identify drop-off points, and track KPIs to improve user journey and conversion rates

• Design and execute experiments (A/B tests, user research, usability testing) to improve funnel performance

• Work closely with engineering, design, and data science teams to deliver high-quality products

• Manage product backlogs and prioritize features based on business impact and user needs

• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to optimize acquisition and onboarding flows

Education & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in STEM related fields.
