Associate Principal - SAP

• Lead and mentor a team of SAP ABAP developers, providing technical guidance and support.

• Design, develop, and implement SAP ABAP solutions, ensuring alignment with business requirements.

• Collaborate with functional teams to understand their needs and translate them into technical specifications.

• Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.

• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, providing timely support to internal and external stakeholders.

• Stay updated with the latest SAP technologies and trends, and propose innovative solutions.

• Document and maintain technical documentation, ensuring knowledge transfer and continuity.

• Participate in project planning, estimation, and resource allocation processes.

• Ensure timely delivery of projects, meeting quality standards and client expectations.

• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and knowledge sharing within the team.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
