Associate Principal - SAP

• Lead and manage a team of SAP ABAP developers, providing technical guidance and mentorship.

• Design and develop SAP technical solutions, ensuring alignment with business requirements.

• Collaborate with functional consultants to understand and translate business needs into technical specifications.

• Implement and rollout SAP S/4HANA projects, ensuring timely and successful delivery.

• Enhance and optimize existing SAP systems, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions.

• Provide technical expertise and support to cross-functional teams during project execution.

• Ensure adherence to SAP best practices and standards, maintaining high-quality code and documentation.

• Stay updated with the latest SAP technologies and trends, driving innovation within the team.

• Manage and prioritize multiple projects, ensuring efficient resource allocation and timely delivery.

• Minimum 8 years of experience in SAP ABAP development, with a strong track record of leading technical projects.
