Hiring for a Client - ZeroHarm Sciences About the Role:Were seeking a data-driven and results-oriented Performance Marketer to lead our paid acquisitionefforts across platforms. Youll be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing ad campaigns todrive growth, revenue, and ROI for our D2C brands. Key Responsibilities: Own and drive growth for assigned product categories, taking end-to-end accountability forperformance Plan, launch, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta(Facebook & Instagram), YouTube, and other relevant channels Monitor and optimize campaigns for CAC, ROAS, CTR, CVR, and other key metrics Coordinate with graphic designers, video editors, and content teams to get timely creative assetsready for campaigns Propose monthly budgets, forecast outcomes, and allocate spends effectively across channels Ensure delivery on monthly sales and revenue targets through campaign performance Conduct A/B testing, audience segmentation, and funnel optimization to improve results Generate insights from campaign data and prepare performance reports with clear, actionablerecommendations Ideal Candidate
- Strong Junior Performance Marketing / D2C / E-commerce Marketing Profiles.
- Mandatory (Experience 1): Must have 1+ years of hands-on experience in executing and optimizing paid performance marketing campaigns for D2C or E-commerce brands across platforms like Google Ads and Meta (Facebook & Instagram)
- Mandatory (Experience 2): Experience in campaign execution and optimization, including campaign setup, audience targeting, budget allocation, bid strategy, and performance monitoring with ownership of campaign outcomes
- Mandatory (Experience 3): Strong understanding of performance metrics such as CAC, ROAS, CTR, CPC, CVR, and ability to analyze campaign performance and suggest optimization opportunities
- Mandatory (Experience 4): Must have hands-on experience in Funnel Analysis with understanding of customer journey stages (Awareness Consideration Conversion), drop-off analysis, conversion funnel optimization, and identifying leakage points to improve campaign performance
- Mandatory (Experience 5): Hands-on exposure to tools and tracking systems including Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, UTM tracking, and conversion tracking for performance measurement
- Mandatory (Experience 6): Experience in running campaigns across Google (Search, Display, YouTube) and Meta platforms with basic understanding of remarketing, retargeting, audience segmentation, and funnel optimization strategies
- Mandatory (Experience 7): Strong analytical skills with exposure to A/B testing, campaign reporting, and deriving actionable insights from campaign data using Excel / Google Sheets / dashboards
- Mandatory (Experience 8): Exposure to campaign budget handling, forecasting, and supporting revenue/sales growth targets through data-driven optimization
