About the Role:

We are looking for an Associate – Operations to manage installation operations for Teachmint's Interactive Intelligent Panels (IIPs). The role involves coordinating with customers, service partners, and internal teams to ensure timely and high-quality installations while maintaining operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily installation scheduling and partner allocation.

• Coordinate with customers to confirm site readiness and installation timelines.

• Monitor installation progress and ensure SLA adherence.

• Handle installation-related customer and partner escalations.

• Support onboarding and performance management of Authorized Service Partners.

• Work with Zonal Heads to understand installation demand and manpower requirements.
