Key Responsibilities
- B2B Supply Chain & Order Management
Manage end-to-end B2B order flow, including receiving purchase orders, confirming dispatch timelines, and ensuring fulfilment SLAs are met. Coordinate with channel partners, distributors, and internal teams for smooth order-to-dispatch cycles. Align the order pipeline with stock and production availability to avoid supply gaps.
- Warehousing & Inventory Management
Supervise warehouse operations across inbound, storage, and outbound processes. Drive inventory forecasting and replenishment to maintain optimal stock levels and avoid stockouts or overstocking. Conduct regular stock audits and reconcile physical and system inventory.
- Logistics, Delivery Partners & Last-Mile
Coordinate with 3PL partners, delivery agents, and drivers for timely pickups, dispatches, and deliveries. Track shipments and resolve issues such as delays, RTOs, and damages. Monitor last-mile KPIs, including delivery TAT, success rate, RTO %, and NDR resolution.
- Returns & Stock Utilisation
Manage reverse logistics, including return pickups and processing. Inspect returned stock and categorize it as sellable, damaged, or expired. Optimize stock utilization through redistribution, liquidation, or promotions.
- Reporting, MIS & Trackers
Prepare daily and weekly MIS reports on sales, orders, stock, returns, and logistics performance. Maintain real-time operational trackers for visibility across functions. Highlight trends and issues with actionable insights for management.
- Procurement, Vendor Management & Negotiations
Manage procurement of inventory and operational supplies at optimal cost and timelines. Build and maintain vendor relationships while negotiating pricing, payment terms, and SLAs. Identify and onboard new vendors to improve cost efficiency and reliability.
- Cost Optimization, Market Research & Field Work
