Associate Manager Software Engineering (Sisense Developer))

Essential Job Functions:

Data Modeling: Build and optimize high-performance ElastiCubes ,Design and manage ETL processes to ingest data from diverse sources, Proficiency in Sisense Formulas Dashboard Design Create interactive, advanced visualizations and widgets, Proficiency in Sisense Formulas Performance Tuning: Troubleshoot query performance issues and optimize ElastiCube build times to ensure real-time or near real-time data availability. User Governance: SSO,Multi-Tenancy ,Manage user roles, data security rules (Row Level Security)

• Support a team of software engineers in the development of software products and solutions, providing guidance, code reviews, and technical support.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements, ensuring the successful delivery of software projects.
• Assist in the professional growth and mentorship of team members through regular feedback, coaching, and career development planning.
• Manage project tasks and assignments, helping to prioritize and plan work to meet project goals.
• Proactively identify and mitigate project risks, working to resolve issues as they arise.

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (i.e., Computer Science) or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Typically, 10+ years of relevant work experience in industry, with a minimum of 5+ years in a similar role years of experience in software engineering
• Proficiency in 1 or more software languages and development methodologies
• Strong programming and debugging skills
• Some prior experience in a leadership or mentoring capacity
• Familiarity with software development methodologies and best practices
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Willingness to learn and grow in a leadership role
• Strong organizational and time management skills

Usage of JIRA, SNOW / ITIL ticketing tools would be an added advantage

Other Qualifications:

• Advanced degree in a related field is a plus
• Relevant certifications or training a plus
