Your Role:
Lean & Six Sigma: Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma Black/Green Belt, Continuous Improvement, together with Team Management
Maintain and improve site safety and quality standards
Schedule raw materials and packing materials
Contribute to site tech transfer projects
Manage contractual manpower
Drive efficiency, yield, and productivity improvements
Produce MIS for site production
Implement and maintain company standards, SOPs, and ISO requirements
Keep the site audit-ready at all times (housekeeping, safety, quality)
Stakeholder management
Experience in automation
Strong knowledge of unit operations (distillation, heat transfer, mass transfer, process control automation)

Knowledge of solvent purification and various purification techniques
Effective communicator with proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and PowerPoint
Analytical mindset to diagnose problems and support management decisions
Experience handling various reactions for multi-step synthesis, purification, and characterization of new molecules/APIs
Experience managing contractual manpower
Commercial acumen and SAP experience
Process-oriented
Who You Are:
A Production Engineer with a minimum of 5 years’ experience and a background in Chemical Engineering
