Hi Everyone, PGD is seeking a Media Performance Associate Manager Media Planning (US Shift & Mediaocean Prisma) with hands-on experience managing end-to-end programmatic (Amazon Dsp) campaigns. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and experience working with international clients preferably from the agency background & comfortable with the US shift (7PM - 3:30 AM Shift).The role is open across five locations: Gurgaon, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Pune and Mumbai.

Role - Media Performance Associate Manager-Media Planning & BuyingExperience - 2 to 5 yearsLocation - Gurgaon, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Pune & Mumbai Roles & Responsibilities :-
- Good experience on Mediaocean Prisma
- Maintain accurate client budgets and media plan information:
- Maintain accurate client budgets and flowcharts, including actualizations, using agency and client systems, tools, and documents
- Generate budget reports, identify discrepancies, and troubleshoot issues
- Prepare media authorizations based on approved plans and project requests, coordinating with internal teams
- Prepare digital buy authorizations (DBA)
- Manage video buy specs and goal uploads as necessary (not frequently)
- Communicate media plan changes to internal teams
- Create charts and data-led visuals for internal and client use
- Gather data for general needs and analyses
- Contribute to team communication and development:
- Participate in internal statuses and update status documents
- Record and distribute client meeting recaps, including action items and next steps
- Work closely with Associate and review/quality check work
