• Manage banking relationships across India, USA, Canada, UK, UAE, and Romania.
• Oversee cash management, liquidity planning, working capital, and treasury operations.
• Lead bank account management, banking structures, and treasury projects.
• Negotiate banking facilities, fees, FX rates, and treasury productsRegulatory Compliance
• Ensure compliance with RBI, FEMA, ODI, FDI, ECB, and related reporting requirements.
• Manage cross-border payments, fund repatriation, and intercompany transactions.
• Coordinate with banks, auditors, and regulatory authorities.
• Maintain compliance with AML, KYC, sanctions, and international banking regulations. Foreign Exchange & Risk Management
• Manage multi-currency exposures (USD, CAD, GBP, AED, INR, EUR).
• Develop and implement FX hedging and treasury risk management strategies. Leadership & Governance
• Establish treasury policies, controls, and banking governance frameworks.
• Support global expansion, M&A activities, and new banking partnerships.
• Lead treasury automation and process improvement initiatives.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• CA-Inter/CMA-Inter/MBA/M.com/B.com Finance preferred.
