Through its global partnerships and programs, T-Hub supports startups and enterprises in building, scaling, and accessing new markets.About the RoleT-Hub is looking for a highly organized, client-focused, and bilingual professional to support the delivery of Japan-focused programs and partnerships. The role involves working closely with Japanese startups, corporates, ecosystem partners, and internal teams to ensure seamless program execution, stakeholder engagement, and relationship management.Key ResponsibilitiesProgram Delivery & Execution
- Support end-to-end execution of Japan-focused programs and initiatives.
- Manage program plans, timelines, deliverables, milestones, and stakeholder commitments.
- Coordinate activities across startups, corporates, partners, and internal teams.
- Ensure high-quality execution and timely completion of program objectives.Stakeholder & Client Management
- Serve as a key point of contact for Japanese clients, partners, startups, and ecosystem stakeholders.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across Japan and India.
- Coordinate meetings, workshops, reviews, and engagement activities.
- Ensure timely communication, issue resolution, and stakeholder satisfaction.Japanese Communication & Cross-Cultural Engagement
- Facilitate business communication in Japanese and English through meetings, presentations, reports, and email correspondence.
- Support translation and interpretation of business discussions, requirements, and program updates where required.
- Enable effective collaboration between Japanese and Indian stakeholders.Reporting & Coordination
- Maintain program documentation, trackers, meeting notes, and status reports.
- Prepare presentations, dashboards, and stakeholder updates.
- Monitor program progress and communicate outcomes to internal and external stakeholders.
- Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to resolve operational challenges, manage risks, and ensure seamless program delivery.Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, International Business, Communications, Languages, Economics, or a related field.
- Master's degree is an added advantage.Experience
- 02 years of experience in Program Management, Project Coordination, Consulting, Business Operations, or Stakeholder Management.
- Experience working with Japanese organizations, clients, or international stakeholders is preferred.
