About the job

Key Responsibilities

1. Develop space plans, layouts, and working drawings in AutoCAD

1. Create 3D visualizations and renders for client presentations (SketchUp/3ds Max/any rendering software you are proficient in)

1. Prepare detailed BOQs, finish schedules, and material specifications

1. Coordinate with civil contractors, woodwork vendors, and the procurement team on-site

1. Attend site visits regularly to ensure design intent is being executed correctly.

1. Assist in material and product selection, vendor visits, sample sourcing, and finish matching.

1. Maintain project documentation, drawings, revisions, approvals, and site progress in an organized, accessible format.

1. Support in client presentations and client-facing decks when required.

1. Proficiency in AutoCAD (mandatory) and 3D rendering tools such as SketchUp, 3ds Max, Revit, Lumion, or similar software.
