Location: On-siteExperience: 1-2 years Role Overview We are looking for a motivated and detail oriented Inside Salesperson who will support the sales and business development team by building prospect databases, researching companies, making the outreach (cold calling/LinkedIn and Emailing) generating qualified leads. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, strong internet research abilities, and an interest in B2B sales and market research.
Key Responsibilities
- Research target companies, industries, and key decision-makers using LinkedIn, Sales Navigator, Lusha, Apollo, and other research tools.
- Build and maintain high-quality prospect databases with verified contact information, including company name, designation, email address, phone number, LinkedIn profile, and company website.
- Identify and qualify potential business opportunities through market research and prospect analysis.
- Execute outbound prospecting activities through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and follow-up communications targeting US-based prospects.
- Engage with decision-makers to understand business challenges, qualify opportunities, and schedule meetings for the Business Development team.
- Support lead generation campaigns aligned with sales and marketing initiatives.
- Maintain accurate records of activities, conversations, and opportunities in CRM.
- Ensure data quality by validating and updating prospect information regularly.
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, and Pre-Sales teams to execute account-based outreach strategies.
- Meet daily and weekly activity targets for calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach, and qualified meetings
Required Skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong internet research and analytical skills.
- Basic understanding of B2B sales and lead generation processes.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn, Lusha, Apollo.io, Google Search, Excel, and CRM tools is a plus.
- Attention to detail and ability to work with large datasets.
- Self-motivated, organized, and eager to learn.
Preferred Qualifications
- Education: B-Tech
- Interest in international sales and business development.
- Previous experience in lead generation is an added advantage.
