About the job
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, acquire, and onboard HNI/UHNI clients for investment products and wealth solutions.
- Drive NCD sourcing business through direct client relationships, channel partners, and intermediaries.
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with HNI investors, family offices, corporates, and financial intermediaries.
- Promote fixed income products, including NCDs, bonds, structured products, and other investment opportunities.
- Achieve monthly and annual business targets for client acquisition and investment mobilization.
- Conduct investor meetings, presentations, and product pitches to prospective clients.
- Coordinate with internal product, operations, and compliance teams for seamless execution.
- Stay updated on market trends, debt market opportunities, and regulatory developments.
- Maintain high standards of client servicing and relationship management.

Required Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
