What You Will Do *
Lead global payroll technology (DT) landscape, including production support and enhancements
Ensure stability and reliability of payroll systems and timely resolution of issues Act as a bridge between Payroll Ops, HR, Finance and DT teams Evaluate upstream/downstream impacts across HR, Payroll, Benefits, and integrations Lead and manage offshore Payroll DT team; set priorities and ensure delivery Drive continuous improvement, automation, and cost optimization initiatives Support go-live activities, testing (E2E/regression), and disaster recovery planning Partner with vendors (e.g., ADP) to ensure successful delivery and production readiness Having strong knowledge of Global View (ADP Payroll system) Participating in solution architecture design reviews while following uniform enterprise-wide application design standards Support Business Unit customers during project deployments Write technical specifications Perform Data Analytics, and reporting Collaborate with vendors and business partners to address performance issues Attend workshops on system design methods and system deployment best practices
Qualifications You Must Have *
15+ years of experience in Payroll Technology / HRIS / Enterprise Systems Strong experience with payroll platforms (ADP Global View, Ev5, Workday etc.) Experience managing production support and payroll operations Proven ability to lead teams and manage cross-functional stakeholders Experience in large-scale implementations (e.g Payroll transformation programs) Strong understanding of integrations and data flow across systems Proven ability to work under pressure and with other people Strong Time management and self-motivation skills Self-starter, adaptable, detail oriented, strategic thinker Should have good knowledge of project life cycle
Qualifications We Prefer
BS or BE Degree in a technical program. Past Payroll Software experience
